123File.com Professional includes all the same advanced 123File Features as the FREE account,
plus additional capacity (10 GB instead of the base 500 MB, additional monthly bandwidth for heavy traffic usage),
and allows you to add up to 100 users under your account each with their own individual web folders for true
professional and corporate data and document storage needs. 123File.com Professional accounts are also excluded
from being purged or deleted for inactivity.

123File.com will work on all operating systems (Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Macintosh, and most Cell Phones).
You need only a web browser to access all the features of 123File.com. Even mobile devices and

123File.com accounts can store an unlimited number of files, documents and photos up to the limit of your
disk capacity. You can access your files as often as you like as long as usage adheres to our
Terms of Service.

Accounts that remain inactive for a long period of time may be purged
unless you have a 123File.com Professional account. If your account is no
longer active, simply sign up for a new account.

This means someone else already has registered
for that account; you will have to pick another name. If you simply forgot your password,
you can try and reset the password (See the following section in this FAQ: I lost my password, what should I do?.

and click on the login button. You can access your 123File.com Online storage account from anywhere in the world

and clicking on Login (at the top right of your screen), then
selecting the Forgot your password tab at the middel of the screen.

You can reset your 123file.com Online storage account password by clicking the
"Forgot Your Password?" link from the login page. If you have a 123File.com professional account
you can Contact Us for assistance, be sure to
include the Paypal transaction ID number from your subscription (or last 4 digits of your credit card
used at signup) so we can verify your identity.

After you upload your files to a folder, you can click the "create a link" at the top of
the page. This link will allow you (or whomever you send the link to) access to view the
files from any web browser, any where in the world. If you want to restrict access to the
files you can 'add a user' under the "USERS" button (bottom left of your screen once you have
logged in) and give them their own login/password to access just the files or folders you
wish to grant access to.

Create the web link as previously mentioned, and simply cut/paste that link into the
body of the email you are sending. The email recipient can now click that link and
will be taken right to the file or web folder you selected when creating the web link.

You can modify your account information by
logging in at 123file.com
and clicking on Login (at the top right of your screen) then
selecting the tab at the top of your screen you wish to modify. You can customized your
Name, email, company information and more.
